We work with a variety of sustainably sourced woods including walnut, cherry, oak, mahogany, olive wood, and reclaimed barn wood. Each species is chosen for its unique grain patterns, durability, and aesthetic qualities.

Absolutely. All our wood is sourced from FSC-certified managed forests and verified suppliers. We also use reclaimed and salvaged wood whenever possible. For every tree used, we plant two new ones through our reforestation partnerships.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. International shipping takes 10–15 business days depending on the destination. All orders include tracking, and we'll send you updates at every step. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over ₹2,000 (or $50 for international). Orders under this threshold have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Keep your wooden piece away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity. Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth followed by a dry one. We recommend applying natural wood oil or beeswax every 6–12 months to maintain the finish and luster.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, net banking, and Razorpay for Indian customers. International customers can pay via credit card or PayPal.

Yes, all Krofto Wood products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with the wood (splitting, warping) and finish (peeling, discoloration) that occur under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
